SPRING INVITES TO GROW!

Spring and the Wood Element bring the energy of movement, creativity, vision, and new beginnings.

SPRING is time for the new growth, rebirth, and renewal, and not only in the nature. Also in ourselves!
It is time to refresh the mind, and find new, more vital and energetic you.

With this expanding energy we are invited to step beyond what feels familiar, plant new intentions, and trust our own growth.

This season, dare to try something new.
Dream big. Dream bigger.
Take the first new step.
Set new goals.
Let new intentions flourish and grow.

BE COURAGEOUS. Growth begins with courage. It also asks some cognitive resilience.

🍏 Green Smoothie for Detox & Spring 💚

🥒 Here's a simple recipe for a refreshing Green Detox Spring Smoothie.

🌿 Ingredients:
- spinach / kale / green
- celery
- green apple
- banana
- cucumber
- green powder
- mint leaves (or hierbabuena in Spain)
- chia seed and linseed
- nuts
- curcuma
- ginger!
- fresh lemon juice
- plain water

🍀 Feel free to customize this recipe by adding any other greens, or boosting the nutrition with a scoop of protein powder. I add a lot of mint (hierbabuena) leaves, which gives very lovely flavor. 🌱

🫛 So tasty, so delicious! Drink daily in the morning during 2-3 weeks.

🥑 Enjoy your refreshing and nutritious Green Smoothie! Especially during the spring it gives you a lot of boost, as also all dark green, leafy vegetables and fresh herbs.

🫛 Green smoothie also supports Seasonal Living, Wood Element for spring, and its organs liver & gallbladder, which profit a lot of cleansing and detoxing in springtime.

YIN TRAINING 30h MALAGA DONE! 💙🙏🤍 NAMASTE

🔹️ My fourth Yin Yoga Teacher Training Málaga is happily completed. Overall it was my twenty-first Yin Training! 🙋‍♀️It was very exciting and inspiring to be back after two years in Finland!

➡️ The group was quite small but they came around the Europe. The studying and teaching were pleasant, intensive and personal.

🔹️ It was wonderful to teach this training for a motivated group of yinsters! We spent the weekend studying, sharing, exploring new things and learning the beauty of Yin.

🔹️ I'm deeply happy and grateful that people are interested in the profound world of gentle Yin and they want to learn new things, continue their personal development and choose to open new doors in their lives.

🔹️ I want to send my special thanks to Ivana @ivanayogaflow for her kindness and help and to her lovely studio @yogacentreflow. It was a pleasure to create this together, and make it happen and possible for these yogis.

Yoga offers an eternal path to study and evolve. More we learn, more we desire to understand. 🙏

🔹️ My fourth Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Málaga is around the corner.

🔹️ Now the training is in May and in collaboration with @yogacentreflow
What a joy!

🔹️ This time it feels very special and wonderful to prepare this training, as the latest was two years ago. Two years!!!

🔹️ In July 2024 I moved back to Finland to teach in August, but then I had to stay there for personal reasons.
The staying prolonged to nearly two years, which quite heavy and felt long, but it was important.

🔹️ Now, being back in Málaga and on the Coast makes me feel blessed, pleased and relieved.

🔹️ It is also wonderful to meet soon a new group of inspired yinsters who come around the Europe!

🔹️ I'm deeply happy and grateful that people are interested in the world of gentle Yin. It is amazing time after time perceive how they want to learn new things, continue their personal development and open new doors in their lives.

🔹️Lifelong learning brings so much joy and contentment to life!

🔹️ We will have a very interesting weekend ahead with new Yin yogis. 🙏

- Practice self-compassion.
- Use daily affirmations.
- Forgive yourself.
- Accept your imperfections.

When you learn to be gentle, you allow yourself to recover from pain and suffering.
You start to enjoy your life.
You connect deeply with those around you.

Treat also others with patience, compassion, respect, and understanding.

They also deserve it. 💛
