⚪ TRUST IN LIFE 🙏

🔹️ WATER & WINTER. In Chinese Medicine winter is the season of the Water Element.
The organs for the Water are the Kidneys and the Urinary Bladder. Kidneys are like our batteries, the gate of our vitality and the source of our energy.

🔹️ NO FEAR. The emotion fear is related to the Water Element, so when the kidneys are out of balance, the energy is depleted. Then we might feel unsafe, be afraid of the future, not trusting on ourselves.
When the emotions are balanced, we feel safe, trustful, alive and full of inner wisdom and willpower.

🔹️ QUESTIONS TO ASK FROM YOURSELF
- Do you trust in yourself?
- Do feel safe?
- Are you confident with the future?
- Can you accept the change?
- Do you follow the flow of life?

🔹️ TRUST IN GOOD. It is important to trust in ourselves, feel safe and guided, and have confidence in life and the future.
The fact is that everything is in constant change. We have to accept it and live with the flow of life.

🔹️ FIND THE INNER STRENGTH. When you turn inside, build a solid and safe stability, and strengthen your inner peace, you are no more afraid. You can trust in yourself.
Do it by meditating, contemplating, and gently letting go of all vain. Let go of fear.
Practice yin for winter.
Make space for new ideas and thoughts.

🔹️BE GENTLE with yourself, take care of your mind and your soul. Be peaceful and mindful. Practice self-compassion. It will carry you through hard times.
Finally, we can find the joy and happiness inside us every day.

🔹️ TRUST. This year will be a lot better, easier, lighter and happier than the few previous ones. 🙏

How to live well and vital in winter? Winter is the season of the Water element, the most Yin.
It is the time to slow down, honor the winter, do less, and allow ourselves to rest and replenish.

🔹️ THE WATER ELEMENT. In Chinese Medicine the winter is the season of the Water element, the most Yin of all the Elements as it is dark, quiet and cold. The organs of the Water are the kidneys and the urinary bladder.
Kidneys are our batteries, the home of the vital energy (Jing) and the source of vitality. When they are depleted, we feel tired and we’re running in empty.

🔹️ HEAL FEAR WITH WISDOM. In the darkness the feelings of fear may raise. Fear is the emotion of the Water element when it is out of balance. When the emotions are balanced, we feel safe, trustful, alive, full of inner wisdom and willpower.
With mindful Yin we can gently work with our emotions to understand the reasons for our fears, let them go and create the feeling of safe and healing.

🔹️ SEASONAL YIN FOR VITALITY. With the seasonal Yin we can harmonize ourselves with the nature. The meridians, the energy channels of the Water run in the back of the body (the urinary bladder) and in the inner leg line (the kidneys). T
The seasonal Yin practice stresses, stretches and opens the back of the body.

🔹️ Living by the seasons and practicing Yin for the Water, we can harmonize the body, support the immune system, and cultivate safe and our embodied wisdom with the rhythm of the nature.

🔹️ Relax. Breathe. Sink. Release. Surrender. Let go. Be gentle with yourself. Practice yin. 🙏
